Our Work.
Real commerce gets complicated.
A customer needs help finding the right product. An order needs special handling. A payment needs to follow a production schedule.
We work through those details with our clients, connecting what happens on the website with what happens across the business.
Pool Goods.
From finding the right product to getting it out the door.
Pool Goods brings together a broad product catalog, seasonal demand, and an operation built around Shopify and Brightpearl. Our work considers the shopping experience alongside the inventory, fulfillment, and customer communication behind it.
Making the catalog easier to shop.
Storefront planning focuses on collection pages, search, filtering, and product information. Customers need to understand their options and find products that fit their needs. The team needs ways to manage merchandising as availability and seasonal priorities change.
Working through fulfillment complexity.
Pool chemicals introduce shipping requirements that ordinary orders don’t have. Every item still needs to move through the warehouse’s scanning process, while hazardous products require appropriate routing and handling.
Our integration planning examines how product information informs those decisions, how different shipping paths fit the warehouse workflow, and how tracking returns to the correct Brightpearl record.
Building tools that help customers choose.
Finding the right replacement part takes more than a search bar. Custom tools like the part finder help customers narrow down their options based on the equipment they own. We bring product relationships and compatibility information into the shopping experience so customers can make a more informed choice.
Making product content consistent with AI.
A broad catalog needs product descriptions that follow a consistent standard. Our approach uses AI to turn supplier information and product specifications into clear, structured descriptions in the Pool Goods voice. Defined content guidelines and a review process help keep the details accurate and make missing information easier to catch.
Our role
Commerce strategy, storefront planning, custom shopping tools, AI-assisted product content, integration architecture, and fulfillment workflows.
InkTeam.
A faster website. A more connected team.
Our work with Ink focuses on improving website performance and connecting the customer experience with the people handling each request behind the scenes.
Improving the code behind the experience.
We review and refine the code supporting the storefront, addressing unnecessary complexity and performance bottlenecks. The focus is a faster, more responsive website that’s easier to maintain and build on.
Connecting customers with the team.
We streamline how customers submit information, ask questions, and take the next step on the website. By connecting those interactions with the internal team’s workflow, we help make requests easier to act on and keep information moving between customers and the people doing the work.
Our role
Code optimization, website performance, customer experience, and workflow.
IndoRags.
Helping a new brand find its footing.
Launching a brand means making decisions about everything from the first impression to how an order gets fulfilled. We help IndoRags navigate those decisions, establish good practices early, and focus on the work that matters most.
Getting the fundamentals right.
We review the Shopify storefront and Printify setup together, looking at product information, navigation, shipping expectations, and the order process. The goal is to give customers a clear, trustworthy shopping experience and give the business a solid foundation to build on.
Guiding the next move.
We help the team prioritize improvements, evaluate tools, and prepare for campaigns and product releases. That means explaining the tradeoffs, identifying gaps, and knowing what can wait as the business grows.
Bringing the brand into the shopping experience.
We help carry IndoRags’ warm, inclusive personality through its homepage messaging and product launches. Each release needs to feel like part of the same brand while giving customers a clear reason to explore.
